About Question Box
I think that Question Box is very important idea too. Because, in rural or undeveloped areas people don't use the Internet. So, Question Box is useful for them. But, in developed countries people can use the Internet. So, it is difficult that Question Box expand all over the world.

It is true that developed countries people can use the Internet, but developed countries like Japan are occupied many ratio of senior citizens that cannot use Internet. So, It is likely to spread to such advanced countries.
