I also think that Question Box is a good idea.
Because to use it by people in rural or underdeveloped areas not only give them information, but also make their areas active by that.
Now as in Japan fewer people in rural areas is a problem, Japan had better begin Question Box too.
I think your idea is interesting. If Question box spread in Japan, we will more useful and consider informations.
